Oh Man, I am excited about this one! LEGO just revealed their newest Creator Expert Modular, 10270 Bookshop. This is a true and proper successor to the highly successful Pet Shop Modular!

The set looks fantastic and appears at first glance to be using many of the more recent elements LEGO has created to enhance the build. The color scheme is great with the Darker Flesh Tone color contrasting with the turquoise.
